Research
Thankfully, a study is currently underway in the United States regarding Dercum's Disease. I'm sorry we do not have more information at this time, but please check back - very soon we'll be adding more information about this study, its director, and how you can get in contact with them, either to participate or - if you would be so kind - how you can aid the study's efforts through donations, public awareness volunteering, and so on. So please, check back soon!

If you are a medical professional or university who is either conducting a study at this time or preparing to initiate a research program, we would appreciate the opportunity to help you in any way that we can. Please contact us via email at Research @ DercumSociety.com (please remove the spaces around the @ symbol for the email to work), or via traditional mail at:

    The Dercum Society
    PO Box 3114
    Sterling, VA 20167-3114

Please be sure to include your name and contact information so that we may contact you to coordinate how we may assist you and your research efforts. Also, please do not send anything via FedEx or UPS - they do not deliver to post office boxes. If in the United States, please mail via the US Postal Service. All other foreign mail services will be safely delivered through the USPS to our post office box.
If you do not hear back from us within three weeks, please contact us again via email to ensure that your first message was received.
